Introduction

1-800-Got-Junk is a Canadian franchised residential and commercial junk removal company, which operates in Canada, Australia and the United States. Formerly known as the Rubbish Boys Disposal Service until 1998, 1-800-Got-Junk offers junk removal for homes and businesses, including offices, retail properties, construction sites, and more. They in turn dispose of the junk into a landfill or recycling center.

Our mission is to make the ordinary business of junk removal exceptional. With this new clarity of purpose, we've taken big steps towards ensuring that we leave every customer an enthusiastic advocate of 1-800-Got-Junk. We finally understand who our customers are, why they use and why they don't.

The manager we are working with throughout this process is Richard Fasciano. Richard has been the General Manager of You Move Me and 1-800-Got-Junk, and studied at Saint Thomas Aquinas College.
