This company uses a bunch of different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. They use these platforms to spread awareness and to attract work, but they could also use their social media to attract new customers as well. 1-800-Got-Junk can set up a promotion in which new customers get a discount the first time they use 1-800-Got-Junk. This could not only attract new customers, but it could make customers who are debating about which junk removal service to use pick 1-800-Got-Junk over everyone else.
Problem #2: 1-800-Got Junk does not use data mining in order to find information about their past performances. This could cause a problem because if a customer didn't like their service they wouldn't know what to fix or how to improve their service.
Solution #2: By using reporting and data mining this could help 1-800-Got-Junk improve their business. They could also use data mining to find patterns or relationships in what they do on their junk removal runs and predict what they could do next.
